Join Mathieu Forget for an exclusive photography masterclass inspired by his iconic Levitation universe. An immersive experience blending photography, movement, and levitation. A highly exclusive group of only 15 participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from Mathieu through a unique artistic and hands-on experience that combines movement, visual storytelling, and photography.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by the Organizer

In the event that the masterclass is cancelled due to any unforeseen event preventing the artist from delivering the masterclass, the full price of the booking will be refunded to the participant.

The refund will be processed via Shopify, using the same payment method as the one used for the original purchase.

Cancellation by the Participant

If the participant is unable to attend the masterclass due to an unforeseen circumstance or an unavoidable commitment, they may request to cancel their booking and receive a full refund, provided that the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the start of the masterclass.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email, stating the participant’s name and order details.

Any cancellation request received less than 24 hours before the start of the masterclass will not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise agreed at the organizer’s discretion.

Refund Process

Where a refund is due under these terms, it will be processed via Shopify using the payment method used for the original purchase.

The refund will generally appear in the participant’s bank account within 2 to 3 business days of being processed. This timeframe may vary depending on the participant’s bank or payment service provider.
