Products and services
Products and Services: Fine art photographs printed on various materials (photo paper, canvas, etc.), customizable framing and formats. Each photograph is protected by copyright. Purchase does not grant any right of reproduction, distribution, or modification.
Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including VAT.
Shipping fees are added during checkout.
Prices may change, but orders will be billed at the price displayed at checkout.
Order and Payment
Orders are placed directly on the site via the cart and secure checkout. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of the T&Cs and formation of the sales contract.
Forgetmat S.A.S reserves the right to cancel an order in case of problems (out-of-stock product, pricing error, or suspected fraud).
Payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site. Payment is due immediately at checkout. Banking information is encrypted and not stored on our servers.
Shipping
France and Europe: 7 to 14 days, except for custom orders which may take up to 21 business days.
USA and other regions of the World: 10 to 21 business days.
Tracking number is provided for each order.
Risks related to loss or damage are transferred to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the package. A tracking number is provided for every order.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Withdrawal period : 30 days for customers.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom or framed items : are non-refundable except in case of defect or manufacturing error.
Returns : contact art@forgetmat.com for instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds : are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.
Exchanges
To obtain another product, the customer must return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
Liability
Forgetmat Studio S.A.S cannot be held responsible for damages caused by misuse of the products or delivery delays beyond its control. Liability is limited to the order amount.
Intellectual Property
All photographs and creations on this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without permission is strictly prohibited.
Personal Data (GDPR)
Information collected during ordering is used solely for processing orders and communication with the customer. Customers have the right to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data in accordance with GDPR. Contact: art@forgetmat.com
Disputes
In case of dispute, the customer should first contact customer service. If no amicable agreement is reached, the competent court is that of the defendant’s residence or delivery location if the customer is a consumer.
