Return and Refund Policy

Returns are possible within 30 days after receipt for customers. Items must be intact, unused, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 
Custom or framed items are non-refundable, except in case of defect or manufacturing error.
To return an item, please contact art@forgetmat.com for instructions.
Refunds will be issued after inspection, to the original payment method, within 14 business days.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
