Shipping policy

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshops.

Preparation Times

For most products, the preparation time is 1 to 2 working days before shipment.

Signed books, limited-edition prints (Open Edition, Editions of 30 and Masterpiece), as well as framed artworks, are made to order and may require up to 7 working days for preparation before shipment.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

France: 1 to 4 working days.

Europe: 2 to 7 working days.

United States and the rest of the world: 4 to 15 working days, depending on the destination.

We work with various express and international carriers, including UPS, FedEx and DHL, depending on the destination, the weight and dimensions of the parcel, and the shipping service selected.

The carrier assigned to your order may therefore vary depending on these factors. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

These delivery times are provided as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier, the destination, customs procedures, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination and the shipping method selected. They are displayed before you confirm your order.

Seasonal Surcharges

Certain periods of the year, particularly the busy year-end period, may involve seasonal surcharges ("Peak Season Surcharges") applied by carriers.

For the 2026–2027 season, the periods communicated by our partners are as follows:

UPS: 20 September 2026 to 6 February 2027;

FedEx: 21 September 2026 to 7 February 2027;

DHL: 1 October 2026 to 5 February 2027 for international shipments.

Our shipping rates are regularly adjusted to take into account changes in carrier pricing and any applicable surcharges. The shipping costs applicable to your order are those displayed at the time of checkout.
